We new ideas on how to campaign locally! Elaine Bagshaw and Chris Walts have led some innovative campaigns in London recently, not least when Elaine stood for Mayor in Tower Hamlets. They will talk about what they did and what they learned, and lead a discussion on what Liberal Democrats can do locally.
