Our speaker for the evening is Ryan Mercer, the prospective parliamentary candidate for Putney, who will outline the opportunities and challenges facing the Liberal Democrats. We will then have a discussion about what's on the agenda at the party conference which takes place in Brighton in mid-September, and how the local party is engaging with party debates and policy-making.
