We're delighted to announce that our guest speaker for the evening will be Elaine Bagshaw. Elaine is the Liberal Democrat parliamentary campaigner for Poplar and Limehouse and a member of the party's Federal Board. She has previously stood to be the Mayor of Tower Hamlets. Elaine completely transformed the Liberal Democrats campaigning in the East End, turning it into one of the most energetic Lib Dem campaigns in London.
